Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a strategic approach to address and mitigate gaps in health systems, organizational initiatives, potentially costly new projects, as well as near misses and system failures. This workshop provides both a foundational and experiential hands-on approach to guide the participants through the why, when, and how to conduct an FMEA using a sample case from start to completion with support and input from the workshop facilitators.
