
Jennifer Beasom is a Business Development Executive with Chartis’ High Reliability Care practice. She brings more than 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 18 years of experience in healthcare quality, particularly in the areas of nursing leadership, cardiovascular nursing, quality management, performance improvement, data management, analytics, strategic growth, and relationship management.
In the hospital setting, Jennifer has supported regulatory compliance, infection prevention, patient safety, and quality management operations, in combination with leading the cardiovascular service line team to drive clinical excellence. With her deep clinical, background Jennifer can relate to customer challenges and deliver customized solutions to meet their needs.
Prior to joining Chartis, Jennifer was a business development leader for several healthcare solutions organizations. She previously served as strategic growth manager, account manager, and clinical operations director. Her clinical background is in nursing leadership and cardiothoracic ICU. After leaving critical care, she moved to the Quality department where she helped manage the cardiovascular service line through data collection, reporting, analytics, and performance improvement. Jennifer continues to serve her community as a nursing supervisor at her local community hospital.
In addition, Jennifer has been actively supporting her passion for cardiovascular medicine by volunteering for the American Heart Association. Additionally, Jennifer is on the Professional Academic Committee, an ETI Nursing School, in support of developing young nursing students.
Jennifer received her MBA with a Healthcare Management focus from Youngstown State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University.
