Gregg Mohrmann is a Managing Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation and co-leads the Analytics & Architecture practice. Gregg has over 17 years of experience in management consulting primarily focused on the strategic and operational use of information technology (IT) by leading healthcare providers and payers. He has advised academic medical centers, multi-facility/multi-regional integrated delivery networks, national health plans, community and specialty hospitals, and providers. His extensive experience focuses on strategic planning and assessment, system selections, large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) and infrastructure program management, Program Management Office (PMO) and IT Governance setup and optimization, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management, post EHR optimization, and using technology to drive operational and clinical process improvement.
Prior to joining Chartis, Gregg served as a senior manager in the healthcare practice of Deloitte Consulting focusing on technology strategy, and as Director of the Healthcare PMO Advisory Services Practice for First Consulting Group. His clients have included academic medical centers, multi-facility/multi-regional integrated delivery networks, community hospitals, national health plans, home healthcare and hospice providers, and regional government health agencies. Gregg currently holds his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a practicing ITIL Practitioner.
Gregg has published many thought leadership articles in the areas of IT performance and operational efficiency, program management, population health, and IT governance. Additionally, he has led the firm’s methodology development around IT governance, PMO development, system selections, and IT mergers and acquisition due diligence.
Gregg received his Master’s in public healthcare administration in finance and management from New York University and his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Binghamton University.
