Claudia Miller is a Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation and co-leads the Clinical Technology Innovation practice. She is a clinical data exchange and regulatory subject matter expert with over 25 years of progressive experience in directing and connecting data between healthcare information technology (IT) in both health system and physician practice environments. Claudia is a key IT change leader for Cures Act Information Blocking requirement readiness, provider relationship management, Population Health Management vendor solution selection, and EHR implementation. Recent engagements have included leading a successful provider data standardization and key care partner data exchange roadmap and playbook implementation, several Cures Act provider requirements compliance implementations, home health IT strategic planning, biomedical assessment, and program manager for a successful Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle EHR implementation including governance, change leadership, user engagement, and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Chartis, Claudia was the Project Management Office Director of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System for three years. She then created a new FMOLHS subsidiary, Franciscan Health and Wellness, a population health management organization that successfully increased quality and decreased cost for over 10,000 self-insured members. The program, Healthy Lives, was subsequently sold to and managed for over nineteen employers in Louisiana.
Claudia is an active Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) member and a founding member of the Louisiana HIMSS board chapter. She is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. Claudia has authored many relevant publications and has also presented at local and national HIMSS conferences.
Claudia received her Master of Business Administration as well as her Bachelor of Arts in computer science from Louisiana State University.
