Austin Gresham is a Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation, bringing over 30 years of experience in Information Technology spanning from operations to strategy. He is an experienced advisor delivering complex, transformational programs for clients with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. Austin works with executive leadership, clinicians, and administrators to enable long-term business objectives by developing concrete, executable roadmaps for success that create measurable value. Austin is an experienced speaker engaged at numerous technology and healthcare conferences, and he is also cited in multiple publications as a subject matter expert on Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, Internet-of-Things, and Robotic Process Automation.
Prior to Chartis, Austin was a Partner and Client Principal in Dell Technologies' Global Transformation Office focused on digital transformation in healthcare and life sciences. There he advised Dell's most strategic pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers; healthcare payers; and both clinical and research hospital systems. Most notably, he led the creation and development of a multi-year transformation for a "top three" global pharmaceutical encompassing IT, manufacturing, and R&D business units.
Before Dell, Austin was a Principal and Field CTO at AHEAD, a national provider of IT services and solutions, where he led transformational engagements for their largest clients mainly in the provider and payer spaces. There he helped develop triage solutions for early COVID detection in ED's and Urgent Care, piloted an early hospital-at-home program, and led a team researching novel approaches to senior care in independent living aided by AI, ML, and IoT. Austin's consulting experience dates back to 1999 when he founded a boutique consulting firm called Avail Technologies which was sold in 2008.
Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University as well as multiple industry certifications.
