In Annie's time at Chartis, her work includes engagements across strategic planning, digital transformation, and private equity advisory. Notable recent experience consists of Hospital at Home business planning, financial scenario modeling and implementation for a regional IDN, enterprise digital health strategy and roadmap design for a regional pediatric specialty hospital, and Care at Home strategy development for a leading academic health system.
Prior to joining Chartis, Annie was Associate Director of Finance and Operations at Optum, where she led business case development for Optum’s Innovation, Research and Development team. Her experience also includes designing Optum Technology’s Net Promoter Score program and developing a Salesforce Center of Excellence for UnitedHealth Group. Previously, she was a project manager supporting digital innovation at Optum. Annie worked in supply chain and logistics before making the pivot to healthcare strategy.
She earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in medical industry leadership from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and her Bachelor of Arts in political science and business management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
