We're a community dedicated to supporting veterans, military families, and allies within Chartis. Our goal is to foster a welcoming environment, promote well-being, and advocate for military healthcare issues.
Our core values
Support
We create a safe space for veterans, military families, and allies to connect, share experiences, and seek support. We also promote programs and resources focused on mental health, physical health, and overall wellbeing for veterans and military families.
Educate
We raise awareness within Chartis and provide resources and training to enhance understanding of veteran healthcare issues, military culture, and the challenges faced by this community.
Recruit
We utilize our connections and partner with our talent colleagues to attract and recruit more veterans and military family members to Chartis.
Collaborate
We aim to establish Chartis as a leader in military and federal healthcare by developing specialized offerings and capabilities. This includes collaborating with military organizations and healthcare providers to expand our impact.
