We're a community dedicated to celebrating our Latinx and Hispanic heritage, empowering our colleagues, and driving positive change. SOMOS, meaning "we are," embodies our commitment to support, opportunity, movement building, outreach, and solidarity.

We provide opportunities for personal and professional development to help colleagues reach their goals. This includes a culture of mentorship to guide and support Latinx and Hispanic colleagues, as well as pathways for professional growth development.

We partner with leaders to ensure equitable opportunities for Latinx and Hispanic colleagues throughout their careers.
Serve
We advocate for the unique healthcare needs of Latinx and Hispanic communities. We participate in service opportunities to support local Latinx and Hispanic organizations and promote understanding of Latinx and Hispanic experiences and culture within Chartis.
