Sue Fletcher, RN, is a Partner in Clinical Transformation and leads the High Performing Medical Group practice. She has over ten years of healthcare management consulting experience advising community and academic health systems on various strategic planning and performance initiatives. Her recent work has focused on enhancing the consumer experience within ambulatory care, managing the pre- and post-merger integration of large health systems, and realigning organizational structures. She has also focused on the development of pediatric enterprise and service line strategies and on the development of performance management tools and processes within academic health systems.
Prior to joining Chartis, Sue was at Sg2, where she developed analytic tools for strategic planners and worked with health systems to better understand and anticipate market changes relating to primary and post-acute network development. Sue has also worked as a registered nurse at a behavioral health clinic in the Chicagoland area.
Sue holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from the Nursing School at the University of Pennsylvania.
