Stephanie Crabb is an Associate Principal with Chartis in the Informatics and Technology practice. Stephanie brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry where she has served in executive leadership, program/solution development and delivery, client service, and business development roles for leading firms including The Advisory Board Company, WebMD, CTG Health Solutions, CynergisTek and Silverline. She has deep expertise designing and managing large, complex strategy, planning and IT implementation programs across diverse provider and payer organizations.
Stephanie’s most recent work comprises data and digital strategy, data management operations, digital transformation, consumer engagement and experience, and operational performance improvement via digital strategy and IT enablement. Stephanie espouses lean portfolio and product management frameworks to inform technology selection, and to define and deliver solution roadmaps that align with business strategy and value. Stephanie is a certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
Prior to joining Chartis, Stephanie led Enterprise Salesforce Delivery and the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Stephanie holds a Master of the Arts degree in Social Service Administration and Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
