Sophie Clamon is an Associate Partner in Strategic Transformation at Chartis. Her work is focused on supporting cancer providers set and implement strategic and operation plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of oncology care delivery. Sophie supports overall management of the practice, responsible for ensuring Chartis’ breadth of experience and latest perspectives are brought to each engagement.
With a background combining healthcare consulting across the U.K. and U.S. and first-hand operational experience managing large complex teams, Sophie understands the macro and day-to-day challenges healthcare leaders face. For 10 years, she has worked closely with senior executives, gaining their trust and building relationships through delivering impactful, digestible, and implementable work. Her particular areas of expertise include strategic planning, healthcare analytics, and board engagement.
Sophie holds a bachelor’s in economics and government from the London School of Economics, U.K., graduating with the highest honors.
