Sarah Kremer is a Partner in Clinical Transformation and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Since joining the firm, Sarah has worked with healthcare organizations on a range of strategic and performance issues including: operational due diligence and environmental assessments; enterprise strategy planning; economic alignment redesign; comprehensive performance assessments and enterprise access strategy development; and service line planning; forming a regional population health collaborative to prepare health systems for value-based care.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was a Senior Project Manager at the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality, where she led quality improvement projects focused on maternity care practices and early childhood development.
Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College.
