Rob Traister is a Manager with Chartis in the Informatics and Technology practice. Rob has over 12 years of consulting experience, with a focus on the provider side of healthcare. He has worked primarily with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers leading large-scale, end-to-end supply chain management and financial management Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments, business transformation, process redesigns, and project management initiatives. His experience spans across all modules and phases of ERP projects, including system assessments, vendor selections, project planning, and implementations.
Rob's strengths include leveraging the latest supply chain and financial management best practices to provide impactful recommendations and results; analyzing and redefining ERP processes and business requirements into best-in-class healthcare solutions; developing program-wide initiatives and deliverables that drive functionality and performance; supporting end-user training, change management, and communication efforts; leading and guiding high-performing, cross functional teams. He is focused on leveraging new and emerging technologies, along with tested and proven methodologies to provide organizations with measurable and sustainable results.
Prior to joining Chartis, Rob worked at Avaap as a Healthcare Implementation Consultant where he led project work streams in the execution of complex and comprehensive supply chain and financial management solutions. Previously, Rob worked at Workday and Accenture, where he focused on strategic consulting services for healthcare systems, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies.
Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
