Mike Schwob is an Associate Partner with Chartis in the Informatics and Technology practice. He brings more than 10 years of experience advising senior-level leaders on advanced analytics, IT service delivery, revenue optimization, and business operations planning. His work includes the design and implementation of diverse enterprise-wide solutions for healthcare organizations and military operations to increase data efficiency and drive organizational growth and productivity.
Mike's strengths include advising senior leaders on strategies to drive substantial growth and ROI using, predictive modeling, and statistical and cost benefit approaches that translate into significant financial and business solutions. A credentialed statistician, he is astute in leading cross-functional teams, methodology development, and executing on complex program initiatives.
Prior to joining Chartis, Mike was a Senior Director at a full-service healthcare IT consulting firm where he managed a team of analysts at a not-for-profit hospital network serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He also led analytical teams and initiatives at one of the nation’s leading management and information technology consulting firms.
Mike earned his Master of Science in biostatistics from the University of Vermont and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the State University of New York with honors.
