Matt Krizmanich is a Senior Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis Company. He has nearly 20 years of healthcare consulting experience providing a variety of financial and advisory services to companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. His expertise includes developing growth strategies, planning and managing business implementations, conducting business opportunity assessments, and identifying and implementing cost containment savings.
Matt has significant experience in Medicare and Medicaid proposal preparation, diligence, and advisory services. Matt assists clients with preparing business proposals in response to solicitations during which he evaluates the RFP requirements and supporting proposal evaluation criteria, develops key win themes, and assesses the competitive landscape in support of the developing proposal.
Additionally, Matt co-leads HealthScape's Medicaid Center of Excellence (COE) team and has extensive experience supporting health plans navigate state bids, develop operating models, evaluate and negotiate partnership opportunities, and outline market entry considerations.
Matt earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
