Mary Lee is a Senior Consultant with Chartis in Financial Transformation. She has over 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which ranges from directly working in patient access to patient financial services, and currently healthcare IT. She has worked with medical centers and hospitals focusing particularly on revenue cycle optimization and using the EHR’s application abilities to increase cash flow.
Mary has experience working closely with revenue cycle operations staff and subject matter experts to resolve lengthy and manual workflows. She has led many workflow transformation projects such as automating Medicare Part A/B Rebill and claim splitting processes. She has also been engaged in leading new configuration efforts in Epic involving patient estimates, COVID-19, and telehealth.
Prior to joining Chartis, Mary was an Application Analyst with HCTec supporting several clients within the Epic revenue cycle space.
Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Oregon State University and holds multiple certifications in Epic’s revenue cycle applications.
