Laura Stearns is a Partner and Vice President of Talent Development at Chartis. She is responsible for designing and implementing professional development and workforce management approaches and overseeing staffing for the consulting enterprise. She has 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, and change management in professional services environments.
As a consultant at Chartis, Laura advised academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, and health systems on strategic and organizational issues, including network development, clinical partnerships, population health management, and funds flow arrangements. Prior to joining Chartis, she served clients in transportation and logistics industries on strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Laura received her Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was named an Edward Tuck Scholar. She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
