
Kaleigh Beronja is a Consultant with Chartis in the Chartis Oncology Solutions practice. She has over eight years of healthcare consulting experience, including a year dedicated to oncology specifically. Kaleigh’s healthcare consulting experience spans academic medical centers, community hospitals, and several government clients, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She has assisted with engagements covering strategic planning, learning system implementation, and analytics.
Kaleigh’s recent engagements include supporting the development of a strategic plan, including volume modeling projections for a new cancer center for a large multi-state health system; supporting the design of a compensation model to support a newly merging medical oncology group; and compiling a current state assessment for a hospital to support the strategy for aligning with a recent partner.
Prior to joining Chartis, Kaleigh worked at Deloitte, supporting Federal Health accounts, focusing primarily on implementing learning curriculums to bring together healthcare providers participating in value-based care models.
Kaleigh holds a Master of Public Health, with a focus in Epidemiology, from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University.
