Jake is an Associate Partner at Chartis in Digital & Technology Transformation. He has over 8 years of experience advising healthcare delivery organizations through strategic evaluations and operational improvement initiatives. His experience includes leading transformative healthcare projects at over 30 organizations across a wide range of care settings, including large health systems, academic medical centers, physician enterprises, and managed care organizations.
Jake collaborates closely with his clients to develop solutions, mitigate risk, and enhance margins on a variety of engagement types, including strategic assessments, finance transformation initiatives, workflow re-design, coding and compliance reviews, provider productivity and compensation alignment, and operational and financial due diligence projects. In addition, Jake has served in multiple project management roles involving new technology and process implementations. Most notably, he has led several revenue cycle initiatives with a focus on financial cost savings and revenue enhancements.
Prior to joining Chartis, Jake was a Manager within the Healthcare Advisory Practice at Grant Thornton, LLP.
Jake earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Policy and Management from the University of Arizona and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
