Holly Veroneau is an Engagement Manager with Chartis’ Clinical Transformation Line of Business. In her seven years in consulting, she has worked with healthcare organizations on a range of strategic and performance issues, with a particular focus on development and deployment of enterprise access strategies that improve the consumer experience. Recently, her work has focused on design and implementation of a broad portfolio of access redesign solutions at a leading cancer center. In addition to work on consumer access, Holly also works with healthcare organizations to assess and address the contributors of employee burnout and turnover.
Prior to joining Chartis, Holly worked with Amaltas Consulting in New Delhi, India, where she worked on client projects related to maternal and child nutrition. She also completed the analysis for an internal research initiative on support services for children with developmental challenges in India. In addition, Holly has published articles in peer-reviewed journals related to maternal health and the impact of infant formula marketing.
Holly received her Master of Public Health in social and behavioral sciences from Yale School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts in Russian and anthropology from Yale University.
