Prior to joining Chartis, Eric was a Senior Principal at Vizient, where he led clinical operations and workforce performance improvement projects. His tenure also includes Chief Nursing Executive and Chief Operating Officer roles at large academic health centers, where he significantly improved employee retention, patient throughput, quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Eric received his Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix with honors, and his Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Central Missouri.
