Emma Mayville is an Engagement Manager with Chartis with over 5 years in the healthcare industry. Emma is a strategic advisor who works side-by-side with operators and leaders to prioritize the consumer experience while identifying financial and operational opportunities for client organizations.
At Chartis, Emma has supported academic health systems, children's hospitals, and cancer programs on an array of strategic and operational initiatives, including helping a nationally recognized children’s hospital redesign its economic relationship with its academic health system partner. Emma’s most recent engagements have focused on workforce management and clinical service rationalization, leading to an action plan to financial sustainability. She also contributed to the design and implementation of patient experience solutions at a leading cancer center, with measured impact on new patient retention and patient experience.
Prior to joining Chartis, Emma was a Data Manager at Turnaround for Children, where she designed and built analytics to measure the efficacy of a diverse array of programming, with a focus on pediatric behavioral health initiatives. Emma has also worked with Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services, Boston Children’s Hospital’s Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator, and Youth Villages.
Emma holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
