Cynthia Bailey is Associate Vice President of Strategy. Cynthia has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including operations and strategy consulting, business development and marketing, and public health policy and communications. In her current role, she works to advance the firm’s thought leadership, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop content that addresses client and broader industry challenges.
Prior to joining Chartis, Cynthia was an Engagement Manager with APM/CSC Healthcare Management Consulting, where she managed engagements focused on performance optimization, ambulatory access, and strategic planning. Previously, she served as a Communications Specialist in the Public Health Policy and Communications office of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University.
