Crista Stark is a veteran healthcare growth executive who provides Jarrard, a Chartis Company and its clients with rich perspective gleaned from 25-plus years driving organic growth and value creation in private equity-backed, closely held and publicly traded organizations.
Esteemed in the industry as a charismatic, relationship-driven leader, she excels in leading growth strategies, building sales and marketing teams, developing talent, navigating value proposition and infrastructure positioning through regulatory and reimbursement change and creating high performance and trust cultures.
Prior to joining the firm of-counsel in 2022, Stark was an original founder and served as chief strategy and development officer at HealthPRO-Heritage, a provider of post-acute physical, occupational and speech therapy management solutions and consulting services that currently operates in 27 states.
There, she drove the organization’s meteoric rise, leading the growth and commercialization strategy for the post-acute clinical outsourcing company from its early stage ($9 million in revenue in 2007) to national premier provider status ($500 million in 2022).
Earlier in her career, she was director of sales for the International & Domestic Hospitality Division of Oakworks Inc. where she was responsible for global business development, marketing and sales. Her career also includes tenures as vice president of marketing at two other healthcare organizations – NeighborCare Pharmacy Services and Integrated Health Services, a provider of post-acute healthcare.
Stark earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in French language and literature from Bucknell University.
