Brian Leigh is a Partner in Strategic Transformation. He has a background in healthcare that spans over 15 years, including seven years dedicated to providing cancer-specific consulting services to healthcare providers across the country. In that time, Brian has worked on over 70 oncology-specific engagements with focuses on Strategic Planning, Operational and Financial Performance Improvement, Program Development, as well as Partnerships and Transactions.
Serving as a trusted advisor across wide range of provider types, Brian’s recent notable engagements include multi-market strategic planning for a top US News & World Report ranked cancer program’s national network, multi-year strategic and business planning for one of the largest cancer programs in the Northeastern US culminating in over $1B of capital investment, feasibility and go-to-market planning for a Pediatric Stem Cell Therapy Program within one of the largest private healthcare systems in the US, and the operational and financial assessment of outpatient oncology services for a 15-hospital IDN resulting in the identification of significant margin enhancement opportunities.
Prior to joining Chartis, Brian worked at both Molnlycke Health Care and Piedmont Healthcare, where he developed his skills in financial analysis, data modeling, budgeting, and market analytics.
Brian has Master of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accountancy degrees from Georgia State University, and he received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC).
