Brian Dennen is a Partner in Financial Transformation at Chartis. With over 15 years of healthcare industry experience, he advises on consulting engagements with health systems and other organizations, with a focus on financial performance improvement and expertise in acute care operations and provider enterprise value creation. Brian brings to client engagements perspective of having served in senior positions in healthcare administration and in the planning and delivery of major strategic and operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Chartis, Brian was a Managing Consultant with Navigant Consulting and a Director with Tenet Healthcare.
Brian is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is on the Associate Board of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and an active volunteer. He has also contributed to a number of publications and events such as “Emerging Models of Ambulatory Care” and “Illinois Governor Signs Bill Funding Conversion of Underutilized Hospitals.”
Brian received his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Project Management Professional.
