Brenda Ashley, RN, is an Associate Partner in Digital and Technology Transformation at Chartis. She brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in clinical, IT, and consulting settings serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients. Her breadth of expertise includes strategic EHR planning and implementation, vendor selection, change management and organizational readiness, workflow optimization, and clinical informatics.
Brenda’s recent experience includes working with government and tribal health organizations, completing a successful EHR planning project for a tribal nation and currently partnering with them on the implementation. She also served as a Clinical Transformation/EHR implementation program director many times for both large and small organizations, leading planning through post go-live optimization and overseeing up to 300 project managers, analysts, and trainers.
Prior to Chartis, Brenda served as Executive Vice President of EHR Services at a consulting firm where she led the implementation, training and activation services lines. Previously, she led Epic implementations at numerous health systems through consulting engagements and in operational roles at a health system.
Brenda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
