Bonnie Barndt-Maglio is a nurse consultant working with Chartis with over 40 years of experience in healthcare delivery. She has deep experience in developing care delivery models, productivity improvement, workforce development and management, quality improvement, care management, length of stay reduction, and clinical integration. Since working with Chartis, Bonnie has provided consulting services resulting in improved workforce productivity, care management re-design, and leadership education.
Bonnie has extensive experience in the clinical operations space and has worked with teams to improve optimize workforce utilization and productivity. Since working with Chartis, she has supported projects at UHS in Binghamton, NY to revise workforce departmental plans, improve centralized staff deployment, developed leadership productivity education modules, and re-designed the care management department structure. While working with University of Virginia, she created workforce staffing plans to increase efficiency and implemented leadership education.
Prior to working with Chartis, Bonnie was a Managing Director at Prism Health Care Partners leading the Clinical Performance Practice. Previously she was a Vice President at The Camden Group a healthcare strategy group.
Bonnie earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Health Administration and Health Policy Administration at George Mason University, Master of Science at University of Illinois-Chicago Campus, and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
