Barclay Nothaus is an Associate Partner with Chartis with over 27 years of healthcare consulting experience. His expertise includes planning and delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives across healthcare delivery organizations, focusing on supply chain technology implementation/optimization and on supply chain process optimization and cost reduction, including full integration and automation with ancillary clinical systems.
He has the ability to lead projects or serve in subject matter expertise or solution architect roles. Barclay’s key strengths include project planning, project monitoring, data analysis, and solution architecting combining process and technology to solve complex business issues. Barclay has extensive experience working across a variety of ERP platforms (Workday, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Infor Lawson). He has supported many ERP implementations where he served as the lead architect helping the organizations establish their technology platform, conversion strategy, and data models.
Prior to joining Chartis, Barclay was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, serving as an ERP Project Leader on numerous projects for EY. He served as Solution Architect and thought leader for numerous emerging leading practices, including patient charge automation, master data enrichment, RPA-robotic process automation.
Barclay earned a Bachelor of Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
