Arielle Ennis is an Engagement Manager with Chartis in the Oncology Solutions practice. With over six years of consulting experience, Arielle’s specific areas of focus include oncology service line strategic planning, hospital-physician transactions, process redesign, and change management and training.
Arielle’s clients include NCI-designated cancer centers, regional community health systems, and academic medical centers. Arielle’s most recent projects include strategic planning for a leading cancer center’s national partnership network and a case management assessment and optimization planning initiative for an NCI-designated cancer center. Her work has also included go-to-market strategy for private equity-backed medical oncology practices, extensive strategic planning efforts for multiple community cancer programs, and supporting Commission on Cancer accreditation efforts.
Prior to joining Chartis, Arielle developed deep human resources and finance shared service implementation experience focused on coordinating multiple workstreams to assist Fortune 500 companies undergoing organizational and technology transformations.
Arielle received her MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
