Chartis, a leading healthcare advisory firm, announced today that Eric Burch, RN has joined the firm as a Clinical Transformation Senior Partner. He brings more than 30 years of clinical, hospital operations, and performance improvement experience.

Burch will leverage his clinical and operational expertise, along with his deep experience in change management, to help clients navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements. He will help organizations identify and mitigate quality and safety risks, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. His leadership in hospital operations and experience working with hospitals across the country will enable him to help clients enhance efficiency and improve the experience for patients and care teams.
Before joining Chartis, Burch served as a Senior Principal, Operations and Quality at Vizient. He also held the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at the Hillcrest Medical Center and as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Oklahoma State University Medical Center.
Burch is an American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow. He has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
