Rivera has over 25 years of healthcare and technology experience leading improvement initiatives through IT and process redesign. At Chartis, she drives complex IT projects, serves as a thought leader, and actively contributes to the advancement of the industry through board and volunteer service.

Karl Banty has been promoted to Partner in Strategic Transformation. With more than 12 years of healthcare consulting experience, Banty focuses primarily on advising academic health systems and children’s hospitals. He specializes in enterprise strategic planning, partnerships and affiliations, organizational design, faculty group practice development, and funds flow/economic alignment.
James Cervantes has been promoted to Partner at Jarrard, Inc. As the firm’s Regional Health Systems Practice Leader, Cervantes specializes in large-scale change initiatives and transformation. With a background in medical group operations and strategic communications, Cervantes partners with administrative and physician leaders on projects that range from EMR and ERP rollouts to value-based care initiatives and team optimization.
Sophie Clamon has been promoted to Partner in Strategic Transformation. She brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare consulting split between the UK and the US, with expertise in strategic and operational planning, healthcare analytics, and board engagement. Clamon’s work is focused on oncology, where she helps providers across the country elevate the quality and efficiency of cancer care delivery.
Jacob Ives has been promoted to Partner in Financial Transformation. He brings more than ten years of experience in operations, technology, and revenue cycle performance. Ives’ expertise in healthtech drives innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes and increase provider performance.
Anthony Luparello has been promoted to Partner in Financial Transformation. He brings expertise in pharmacy operations, drug utilization, retail and specialty prescription capture, pharmacy revenue cycle, strategic planning, 340B implementation and enhancement, and compliance. He also has assisted clients in evaluating the feasibility of starting and/or broadening retail and specialty pharmacy operations through physical and service-line expansion.
Vivian Patterson has been promoted to Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation. She brings 20 years of healthcare IT consulting experience to her work with hospitals and health systems and specializes in EHR strategy, change management, clinical informatics, and benefits planning. A nurse by training, Patterson has extensive experience working with client executives to develop and execute strategies, as well as achieve IT-enabled clinical transformation and benefits realization.
John Petersen has been promoted to Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation. He brings two decades of experience in healthcare delivery information technology that includes leading large-scale technology and cybersecurity initiatives through selection, planning, and implementation. As co-leader of the Cybersecurity Services Practice at Chartis, Petersen helps healthcare organizations improve their cybersecurity risk profile and longer-term strategies.
Denise Shue has been promoted to Partner & Vice President, Product in Financial Transformation. With more than 25 years of experience, she brings a unique blend of healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, and IT expertise. Her work focuses on strategic planning and execution, leveraging process intelligence to develop solutions for complex, integrated workflows that drive efficiency and financial outcomes within the revenue cycle.
