Jackie Allard is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Jackie has extensive experience in supporting healthcare clients with strategy creation and tactical execution of key initiatives. Throughout her career, Jackie has advised her clients on a variety of industry topics including, but not limited to: market entry, organizational design, behavioral health strategy, sales & distribution strategy, buy-side diligence & integration support, vendor implementation, and government program contract capture.
Jackie’s recent experience includes partnering with a regional health plan to establish its go-to-market strategy for a new Managed Medicaid market entry opportunity, analyzing the sales distribution channel effectiveness for a Medicare Advantage sales organization, and designing then supporting the implementation of a plan-led program focused on integration across Behavioral Health providers and health system partners.
Jackie previously worked at Willis Towers Watson providing strategic consulting services to health systems seeking to enter or expand value-based arrangements. Jackie earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
