Jackie Allard is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Jackie has extensive experience supporting healthcare clients with strategy creation and tactical execution of key initiatives. Throughout her career, Jackie has advised her clients on a variety of industry topics including, but not limited to: market entry, organizational design, behavioral health strategy, sales & distribution strategy, buy-side diligence & integration support, vendor implementation, and government program contract capture.
Jackie is a leader of HealthScape’s Medicaid Center of Excellence and has broad experience in supporting Medicaid plans in procurements, growth planning, strategy, and operational improvement efforts. Jackie is also an expert in D-SNP and duals integration, and supports clients in strategic planning for growth and sustainability in this market segment.
Jackie previously worked at Willis Towers Watson providing strategic consulting services to health systems seeking to enter or expand value-based arrangements. Jackie earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
