She provides strategic guidance, helping clients optimize operations, elevate performance, and enhance efficiency.
LaTonya has a distinguished record of delivering innovative solutions that optimize business operations, drive revenue growth, and create lasting transformation within the revenue cycle ecosystem. She has also successfully executed strategies to ensure seamless health system mergers and integrations. Her recent work includes providing end-to-end revenue cycle transformation strategies and support, the development of clinical documentation integrity performance improvement solutions, and a comprehensive pre-merger evaluation for the integration of two healthcare organizations.
Before joining Chartis, LaTonya served as Vice President of Revenue Integrity at Change Healthcare, where she provided strategic guidance and resources to enhance revenue performance for healthcare organizations. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Director and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager, advising clients on revenue cycle optimization, health system integrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational efficiency improvements for hospitals and physician groups nationwide.
LaTonya earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Central Florida. She actively participates in several professional organizations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (ACDIS), and the National Association for Healthcare Revenue Integrity (NAHRI).
